Glenn has made Wilmington his home since March of 1995. He and his wife Stephanie, their two daughters Alexandra and Kaitlin (and many loveable pets), currently reside in the Porters Neck area. They are members of Porters Neck Country Club and attend Port City Community Church. As a family, they are always very active. Spending time together is of utmost importance. Where and how they do this is never boring! Running, biking, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, yoga, swimming, boating, flying, soccer and golf just to name a few.

Since 1992, Glenn has been a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey.  He grew up involved in his family’s real estate and construction businesses on the New Jersey shore. After graduating from Greensboro College in 1992 and working in his family’s business for a few years, he decided to get back to North Carolina. Glenn relocated from New Jersey to Wilmington in 1995. In 1996, Glenn acquired his general contractor’s license and opened Vie Construction, a custom home building company which also provides renovation and maintenance services. Vie Construction continues to operate under as one of the premier general contractors in our area. In 2000, Glenn attained his real estate license, giving him the opportunity to provide more comprehensive service to his clients.

Neighbour Realty and Associates was the established with the vision of providing services which far exceed the typical real estate company. Glenn’s extensive background in construction and real estate, coupled with his thorough knowledge of our local real estate market; allows him to provide expertise other companies are simply not qualified to offer.

Libby Fox – Broker/REALTOR®

My name is Libby Fox and I’m a mother of two. I grew up living in Atlanta GA., Westfield NJ, and Blacksburg VA. I graduated from Longwood University, a small school in Virginia. In 1995 I moved to Wilmington because--like so many of us here--after several visits had decided to make it my home. It’s here I met my husband, a licensed general contractor. I feel privileged everyday to live in this beautiful area and be a part of this community. I love spending time with my family and friends, being on the water, traveling whenever I have the chance, and I love watching the Va. Tech Hokies play football!

Prior to becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker I worked for a medical supply company where I provided customer service and sold medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals to physicians’ offices. After my 2nd daughter was born, I was lucky enough to become a stay-at-home-mom. The time was wonderful. When my daughters were a little older, I started missing and was eager to get back into the business/working world. Becoming a Real Estate Broker was a perfect fit, utilizing my skills and experience in customer service with my love for meeting and working with people.

I truly love being a Realtor! I enjoy getting to know my clients and going through the process with them of buying or selling real estate. Dawn and her family reside in the charming and developing area of Hampstead. They love spending time together at the beach, and enjoy anything that has to do with football! The family fell in love with the Wilmington area after vacationing here many times. The beautiful coastal scenery, laidback lifestyle, and southern hospitality were finally too hard to resist.

Dawn's love and gift of Interior Design has mingled with the real estate market for years. She has worked with numerous builders and homeowners to design and present homes and properties for the highest value possible in all price ranges. My wife Meredith and I moved to Wilmington in 2003 from the west coast. Although I’m a 5th generation Oregonian and Meredith is from Napa Valley, California, Wilmington is our home and we love it here! And what’s not to love? There’s fascinating area history, the gorgeous beaches, an amazing music scene, not to mention the arts, and the list goes on and on.

As an Oregonian I majored in Communications at Oregon State University. In 1979 my wife and I bought our first home and soon discovered a knack for buying unloved homes and bringing them to life. This inevitably led to my career in real estate.

In 2004 I got my North Carolina real estate license and went to work, with a focus on the Porters Neck area where we live. In 2005 I achieved my NC Brokers License and in 2007 was certified GRI, (Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute). My sales volume is consistently in the top 15% of all REALTORS® in the Wilmington Association and in 2009 was in the top 9%.

Photography has been a passion of mine for over 30 years and I’ve had extensive training in that field. Since 2006 over 80% of buyers surveyed said they saw the home they purchased on-line before they walked inside, and that number continues to rise. Photography is more important than ever. To make a home stand out from competition typical agent-shot photos aren’t good enough anymore. I’ve specialized in a kind of “showcase” video since 2006 for on-line and MLS viewing. These videos prepare buyers for a positive first hand experience and a more likely offer for the seller.
